UKAF ACO is the United Kingdom Armed Forces Association Of Cricket Officials, in simple terms we are the officials who act as umpires and scorers for all UK Armed Forces cricket fixtures.

We currently have 143 members, the majority of members being cricket umpires and the remainder being cricket scorers. Our members are made up from serving members of the Armed Forces, serving members of the UK Reserve Forces, ex-members of the Armed Forces (Veterans) and civilian members. Within the UKAF ACO we have representation from all three services of the Armed Forces – the Royal Navy, the Army and the Royal Air Force.

UKAF ACO is an active organisation within the auspices of the ECB ACO and all of our members are members of the ECB ACO and follow official training pathways and have access to train to the highest level. We have our own tutors, assessors and manage our own training.

Our members officiate full UKAF matches – and, this season, that included games at international venues including Lord’s, The KIA Oval, The Ageas Bowl, Fenners and Cheltenham College amongst many others all the way through to Ship/Unit/Base Level.

The matches that the UKAF ACO cover range from UKAF v MCC all the way through to internal competition matches, regimental and unit level.
