UKAF ACO Chair WO1 Ben Hood has issued the following message to the membership, with details of the UKAF ACO Annual General Meeting which will coincide with a daytime training evening and the socialising evening on HMS Victory on Friday 22nd March 2024.

May I kindly wish you all the very best for the festive period and thank you for your active participation in making the 2023 season a very successful one for UKAF ACO.

We will be looking to open our season next year on Fri 22 Mar 24, with a daytime Training/AGM event, with an evening of socialising together on HMS Victory.

To ensure the planning phase of both event runs smoothly, it is kindly requested that all members indicate your current intentions of attending the daytime; evening event or to both, before Fri 5 Jan 24.  Please pass on your returns to Alex Rennie – alexrennie1@hotmail.co.uk

The plan for the AGM, will be for a 1000 hrs arrival for a 1030 hrs start, at HMS Temeraire.  The programme for which will be confirmed closer to the time.

The three-course meal on HMS Victory, will be at of a cost of cira: £55 per person. The intent is to ensure that all UKAF ACO members can attend this precious event, therefore please get your responses back to Linda Judd – linda.m.judd@outlook.com prior to Fri 5 Jan 24.  Should there still be spaces available after the 5th, then the opportunity to open up the remaining spaces to partners will be explored.
